Ground Beef Sausage Patty’s

Servings: 10 Pattys

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 3/4 tsp ground sage
  • 1/8 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat griddle or skillet over med/med high heat (will depend on your stove) 
  • Combine all ingredients to a bowl and mix really, really well. 
  • Form into patties, I do about a palm sized ball and smoosh them. 
  • Cook on your preheated griddle (or skillet) on one side for 5 mins or until brown.
  • Flip, and cook on second side for 5 mins or until brown and internal temperature reaches 160*F.
