Preheat griddle or skillet over med/med high heat (will depend on your stove)
Combine all ingredients to a bowl and mix really, really well.
Form into patties, I do about a palm sized ball and smoosh them.
Cook on your preheated griddle (or skillet) on one side for 5 mins or until brown.
Flip, and cook on second side for 5 mins or until brown and internal temperature reaches 160*F.
